Do you teach all levels?
The most common students are beginners but yes we do teach all levels
Must I have good English?
It helps to have an understanding of English. As the lessons progress Korean will be spoken more and more.
Do you supply all the learning material?
How many classes per week should I take?
We recommend one class per week but it's entirely up to you. If you wish, you can do seven classes a week or one class a month - you call the shots.
When can I start?
When you book a lesson, the schedule calendar reservation section will not allow you to book a lesson in less than a week. This gives us enough notice to prepare.
What if I have to cancel a reservation?
We will refund your credit or schedule another time if you can give us more than 12 hours notice. If you give us less than 12 hours notice then unfortunately there will be no refund or reschedule as our tutors will still need to be paid.
Can I keep studying with the same teacher?
Yes, for your benefit, you will have your own designated tutor.
How do I begin?
Are the instructors native Korean?
Yes, of course.
How can I book classes?
Very simply. Once you have submitted the application form after payment or accepting the free trial, you will automatically be taken to the booking page.
Do I have to use all my lessons together?
No. You can drag them out for as long as you wish. You can also use them over irregular intervals but you may need to discuss the times with your designated tutor.
Do I have to reserve a lesson every time?
No you do not. You can reserve your original time and day or you can arrange times with your designated tutor.
What if the teacher cancels a reservation?
It's rare but if a teachers cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
What is your refund policy?
We strive for 100% satisfaction but we do understand that circumstances can arise so we will refund all remaining credit you have if you wish. However, paypal does not allow for refunds after 60 days of purchase but before 60 days, your remaining credit will be refunded minus a $10 USD processing fee.
Korean Translation Services - FAQ
How can I pay for my translation?
We accept online payments via paypal only. If you don't have a paypal account it's very simple to set up and allows payments to be made online within seconds. Because it's fully integrated with your personal bank account, your credit cards, debit cards etc are all viable options for purchasing.
How long till I receive my translation?
If you get a free quote with us first, we will be able to give you a specific time when you will receive your documents back. On average, a 500-1000 word document wouldn't take longer than three days to be returned.
How can I send you documents?
We do not accept documents in the post. You can upload any type of document to us here or email us an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the minimum word count you accept?
What are the prices?
It is impossible to have any set price in concrete as every project is different, but an overview of how the pricing is calculated can be viewed here. Also, we can do a free quote with a turnaround time of no more than 24 hours.
How fast can you translate a document?
The general minimum waiting period is 48 hours. Depending on the word count, projects with minimal notice can be more expensive. So generally the word count to time allocated ratio determines the price.
Do you have a minimum price?
Yes, our minimum price is $40 USD. But maybe you only have a few short sentences that you would like translated? We do mini translations from 1 to 30 words for $5 USD here.
